Michele S. Nutter - Loan Processor
Michele began working for West View Title Agency in 2006. She reviews real
estate purchase contracts, opens files in West View Title Agency's computer
software program, schedules closings with buyers, sellers, realtors and
lenders, and coordinates obtaining all information necessary (from buyers,
sellers, realtors, lenders, etc.) to proceed to settlement. Michele obtained her
Bachelor of Science from North Texas University in 1986 and a Paralegal
degree from Naugatuck Valley Community College in 2004. Michele and her
husband, Steve, currently reside in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Christopher A. Jones - Owner
Chris is the owner and operator of West View Title Agency. Chris received a
Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and a Juris
Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. Chris has been
practicing as an attorney since 2000, and doing so in Harrisonburg since
2003. Chris is responsible for the day to day operations of West View Title
Agency, including reviewing files and title work for accuracy and conducting
closings. Chris is also available to advise clients on legal matters when
requested.

Sara M. Richards - Office Manager
Sara has worked for West View Title Agency since 2005 and in the real estate
business since 2001. Sara processes client files, prints and reviews closing
packages, enters final figures on the settlement statements, and post closes
all files. Sara also handles deposits and reconciles the escrow account
monthly. She helps prepare final title insurance policies for owners and
lenders. Sara is also a licensed title agent and notary public for the
Commonwealth of Virginia. Sara and her husband, Adam, currently reside in
Woodstock, Virginia.

Laura L. Sager - Title Agent
Laura began working for West View Title Agency in 2005 as a Title Examiner.
Beginning in 2006, Laura became West View Title Agency's Title Underwriter.
She carefully reviews all of the documents produced from title examinations in
order to prepare the title commitment for lenders and owners. In addition,
Laura prepares seller and buyer documents, prepares final title insurance
policies based on information from the title examination, and obtains title
updates for construction loans. Laura and her husband, Wayne, currently
reside in Edinburg, Virginia.
