The closing is held at West View Title Agency, where signatories will physically attend to sign closing documents. Clients will have the option to schedule a joint session for all parties involved, or buyers and sellers may choose separate time slots for added flexibility.
Remote Closing
This option is utilized when either one or all parties are not local to West View's office. An approved remote notary will be arranged to meet the signatories at the time and place of their choosing to sign closing documents.
